Skin is the organ which show your metal and health state. The skin is a big part of the body. The skin will be hardens, thickens and loses it normal appearance if blood flow is blocked by any reason. When you get older, blood circulation to skin is reduces so that you could look more aging, color changes and begin having wrinkles. Many factors can affect our skin both internal factors which related to our genetics or health state and external one such as environment, sun, wind and so on. So skin is damage over time.

There are several natural tips can be used to repair and improve your skin. Special attention skin care by creams, facial scrub, and beauty products are helpful way to make you skin look healthy and feel goods when touching. Milk beauty product, for example, like milk lotion can keep you skin soft. Massage your skin with milk is also benefited your skin.

Bathing with coconut oil soap of liquid soap every day can moisturize your skin also. Anyway chemical contain soap are forbidden because sodium in chemical soap is a cause of skin sticky. Use mild soap or cleanser to cleaning your skin to avoid skin irritation and allergy.

Healthy diet, essential fatty acids and high-fiber such as raw nuts, raw seeds, and dried fruit, such as dates, and figs contain antioxidant, phytochemicals and other substances can help be as anti-aging and skin care agent. Fatty acids are also necessary for people with dry skin. Drink moderate amount of water can stay hydrated from the inside and is one way to remedy for dry skin. Anyway hot water is likely to kill skin's cells.

A lack of silicon causes skin rashes. To avoid pus and rashes, you should eat a lot of cabbage, alfalfa, barley, tomatoes, spinach, strawberries and figs. On the other hand, lack of fluoride cause scaly skin. Cooking with heat destroys fluorine so it is better to eat raw fruits and vegetables. You should eat foods rich in fluorine such as milk, cheese, cabbage, cream and whey cottage cheese.

Smooth skin is easy with simply daily cleaning. Intensive cleansing could be done at night before you go to bed as you should let skin to recover during night time before facing outside environment next day. Do not go to bed with makeup on your face as all dirty and germ can destroy you fine skin.

Cucumber with its hydrating, nourishing and astringent properties is a natural skin protection. You can cut cucumber and put them straight onto your skin to smooth and soften your skin. Apply on your face with a tablespoon of olive oil mix it with 2 table spoons water and leave it for 10 minutes, then rinse off with water. This will leave the skin soft, smooth and bright as well

If you have oily skin, you could apply a combination of grapes, lemon and white raw egg on your face, then leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. Lemon will acts as a natural cleanser, in same time, grapes will soften your skin and white raw egg will tighten skin.
