TALENT WITH PURPOSE There is something about talent.
Every human being alive here on earth is believed to be blessed with at least a talent. We have been accustomed to the terms "talent discovery "and "talent development ", but I Dare say that there is more to having, discovering and development of talent. I strongly believe that every talent comes with a purpose. Talent is an avenue for expression;what is being expressed is actually the purpose behind the talent.It is not enough to know what to do and how to do what to do, you must also know "why ". When the "why "is discovered, that is when fulfilment begins. The world today is blessed with so many talents: we have great musicians, actors and actresses and many more. The question now is – why are you doing what you are doing? If you are a musician, why are you singing? It should be more than the fact that you love to sing or probably have a good voice, as an actor why are you acting? it should be something more than the fact that you love the game or may be passed the audition. The same question goes to other talented groups- what is the purpose behind that talent of yours? Discover the purpose for the talent or create a purpose for itand you will find out that it ‘l help in the packaging, delivery or presentation of your talent.
