Have you ever felt to get difficulty to think or concentrate? Have you ever felt to get difficulty to find a new idea? Have you ever felt tired to think all duties? Or have you ever felt bored to all duties?

If you have ever felt those kinds of feelings, you can try to have a nap. Indeed, only a few people realize that napping can help reduce the dead risk, especially for healthy young men. This statement is based on a research by Greek scientist. The study shows that napping for 30 minutes three times a week has 37% lower risk for getting heart disease.

Some scientists state that napping can help people to be relaxed and reduce their stress rate. Napping also reduces the risk for workers to get heart disease, which is about 64%.

Dr Dimitrios Trichopoulos, the research leader from Harvard School of Public Health, states that napping and blood vessel disturbance have a significant relationship. This phenomenon can be seen in a country whose majority population has napping habit periodically. As a result, its dead rate because of blood vessel disturbance is very low.

Indeed, some studies related to napping are often done with different result. However, the important point of this study is that people can know the limitation of their health and ability to control their physical activity.

Same as Dr Dimitrios Trichopoulos, June Davison, a nurse from British Heart Foundation, also states that napping can help to reduce the risk for people, especially workers to get heart disease.

Napping in the middle of rest hours can help you to be relaxed and free from job burden temporarily. Fortunately, it is very meaningful for your health. You just have to balance your rest and activity.

It is known that people who get depression easily lean to be careless with their health behaviors, like smoking too much, consuming unhealthy food, drinking alcoholic beverage, and even forgetting to do sport. These kinds of behaviors can increase the risk for them to get heart disease.

Even though napping is just for a few minutes, this activity can gather your energy and refresh your body. Unfortunately, napping itself is not a habit in America. This activity is considered as laziness in business world with high mobilization.

However, some offices in America today begin to give time for napping for 30-40 minutes when their officers are taking a break. As a result, they use the chance for napping more productively.

Even, some regions in Argentina require people to have a nap. This habit is usually called as 'Siesta'. Its duration is just for 15-30 minutes, but its benefit is very big to increase the memory function of brain.

Indeed, human brain is like machine that also needs to take a rest. As you know that the brain you use is only one and you use it almost without ending. By napping, you are hoped to see everything from different point of view that is fresher. Finally, lets push the pause button for a while!
