Over the recent years, we have seen profound development in various areas of our life and we quite understand the face of change in our living style as well. But, what I personally feel has been the greatest change in these years has been the development of women. Women finally tore their shell of protection and emerged from their protective cocoon and walked their path of evolution from shy, homely beings to the confident, career women which they have emerged as of now. The remarkable development of women against all odds is an achievement in itself but to push women to accomplish the most for them and for their profession has led to the emergence of the National Association of Professional Women as referred to as NAPW. NAPW has been capable in bestowing professional women with a great sense of passion and commitment and have been able to provide the necessary abilities and possibilities to help them move ahead in life and to make them ready to taste the tinge of success.
It is quite remarkable to note how the National Association of Professional Women has surfaced as the largest forum for career-oriented women, executives and entrepreneurs. The basic goal or objective which led to the formation of such a wonderful and meaningful institution was to provide professional women with the global platform to interrelate, exchange opinions and ideas, network, educate and conquer. The National Association of Professional Women has become a resourceful and supportive organization which was initiated by Matthew Proman in 2007. It is astonishing to observe the marked growth of NAPW in just a matter of three years wherein it has opened up entire new possibilities of chances and opportunities to professional women. The headquarters of the NAPW lies in the Garden City in New York and just over the period of three years the member population of this dynamic organization is more than 120,000, who are spread out all throughout the United States.
The best part about NAPW is that it does not only allow those women to be members who are doing great in their careers and are already quite successful but it also encourages those women to join as well who have just started their careers and who require guidance and support to move ahead in the work front. Women new to their careers can take advantage of this brilliant platform to interact with people in your same field or department and can receive the necessary advice and information to move successfully ahead in their careers. It is with this reason that NAPW started the Mentorship Program which helps to connect established career-minded women with their new counterparts who would really gain the maximum from this wonderful relationship to move ahead in their career-fronts with confidence and poise.
It is also amazing to note that NAPW provides its members with various services which includes providing discount coupons and vouchers to various stores and outlets and also that it has been able to tie with several fortune 500 companies who in turn help the members of the organization for savings and reductions for more than sixty businesses.
The emergence of NAPW has greatly created a stir in the life of professional women and they are proud to be members of this amazing association which has offered them with such an incredible platform and services to excel in their professional and personal fronts.
