This is a document intended to serve as a basis for introducing gender perspective in all policies to be carried out in Mieres consistories, Lena, Aller, Morcin, Rivers and Ribera de Arriba. This plan will be valid until the year 2012 and are reflected, for example, actions to be developed in areas such as employment and training, health, education and balancing, product flow , work and personal life. This is a report which, for example, include the need to promote access of women to the labor market and equal opportunities and included specific initiatives for specific groups such as women victims of gender violence or risk of social exclusion.
