The children nowadays are very lazy. They just sit in the front of television, eat junk foods, or play video games. That condition are very different to the condition of the children in the past which have good habit in their life. They have many games which keep them moving by running, jumping or walking. Those games make them healthy because when they do the games. They also do the exercise. They let their body keep moving and produce sweat. It is very contrast to the children nowadays. They seldom let their body move. They seldom do exercises and that condition enable the diseases to attack their body easily. Their bodies are also bigger and bigger because the don't move. They just sit or eat something. Those habits are very bad for the children. The parents must realize about this issue. Even it is just a simple issue and seems unimportant. But in fact, if this unimportant issue is ignored by the parents, their children will get many bad diseases such as obesity soon. There are many ways to make the children move. For the toddlers or kids up to 5 years old, the games such as "hide and seek" are available. Those kind of games force the children to move because if they don't want to move, they will loss the games. For the older children, 6 – to – 8 years old, the games which need team work are advised. The games for this age also start to be more competitive. Besides keep moving, the children will learn more. The older ages need some sports. They begin to try sport, team sports or individual sports. With those sports, they will move and move. It can help the metabolism process in the body. So the children growth won't be obstructed. The parents have to do their role to motivate their children and keep them moving. The best way to do it is, they must give their children an example. The parents must do sports and move together with their children .
