This disease called diabetes can sneak up on you over a period of time and it is good if someone should educated his/herself on what symptoms of diabetes to look out for so that one can do his/her best to stop this severe disease from taken over. Also, you need to get as much information as you can about how blood sugar level affects you.

You will experience some symptoms when your blood sugar level becomes too low such as trembling and when your heart rate becomes faster. You can become dizzy; have blurred vision, lose of energy and become drowsy. Once this happens to you, eat a little something or drink an apple juice to reinstate your blood sugar level in balance.

The early symptoms of diabetes Type 1 diabetes and Type 2 diabetes are normally identified by excessive thirst, too much urination and usually followed by weight loss. The extreme thirst comes from excessive glucose in the system and the additional work the kidney has to do. When these symptoms go downhill, then you need to visit your physician so as to receive the correct treatment for your early symptoms.

The Pre-Diabetes Symptoms

Once you begin to experience the signs of diabetes the first thing you should give attention to is a change in your diet. The reason being that you can reduce any possible risk that may arise to a Type 2 diabetes suffers.

Over weight and obesity can be a threat and trigger early diabetes symptoms. As a result, it is recommended to keep a healthy weight and to get at least 2 to 3 hours exercise weekly, 30 minutes walk 4 to 5 times weekly should be enough.

Once a person is been diagnosed with diabetes, it is very important that the diabetic gets a good knowledge of the disease and take part in the quest to control the blood sugar level.

A study of women with high blood pressure has shown that they are more prone to develop Type 2 diabetes. Some other things like lack of regular exercises, smoking and high cholesterol level can have harmful effects to diabetes. Click Here To See
