Stress.  It can turn your world upside down if you don't control it.  More and more people are becoming victims of their own body allowing stress to devour them from the inside out.

The routine of daily life alone make stress management important.

Over time, stress contributes to high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, and other serious illnesses.  If it couldn't be converted into good energy, there would be no good things about stress.

Except one.

Nobody in this world is born with stress.

When was the last time you saw a stressed out baby?  Something about a child's smile is genuine when you consider their lists of worries.

Who says that could never be you?

No matter how old you are, happiness you experienced as a little child is still there.

How does stress come in and invade the lives of millions of people?  How has it taken over?  While you contemplate that, know that there is relief.

Like everything else you learned in childhood, stress was learned.  As everything, it can be un-learned.  You may experienced responding to unpleasantness in a negative way and then regretting it later.

We grow and mature when we began to learn the right way to respond and react to certain situations.

The unpleasant circumstances don't produce the stress, our reactions to them do.  Stress comes when we choose to respond negatively rather than positively  Anxiety follows when we realize we should've acted more differently.

What would happen when you begin to improve your reaction to the unavoidable? How improved would your life be knowing thatyoudetermine what affects you?
