As we become more enlightened, we discover the innate ability we have to manifest reality according to the desires of our hearts and minds. Mantras are wonderful tools to assist us in creating the realities we want.
When considering the law of reality manifestation, it is important to realize that we are constantly creating out realities whether we know it or not. The desires (positive and negative) that are lodged in our subconscious minds are actively creating the realities we find ourselves in. The key to manifesting positive reality is discovering what our subconscious mind really contains, then changing those thought energies if we find them to be negative.
A simple and effective way to begin creating positive subconscious energies is to form daily mantras around the desires of our hearts. For example, if we desire a new, more fulfilling job, we would create our mantra as follows: "I am joyful and fulfilled by the work I do. And so it is. Thank you, Universal Spirit, for joyful and fulfilling work."
I know it looks deceptively simple on the surface, and the truth is that it is simple - though not deceptively so. By chanting the above mantra for 10-15 minutes each morning and evening, we begin to implant positive job thought energies in our subconscious mind. These thought energies WILL become reality!
There are some simple guidelines to follow when creating mantras:
1. Always word your mantra in the present tense. 2. Keep your mantra short and to the point. 3. Truly believe your mantra is already reality. 4. Expect the positive reality to occur. 5. Sit back and watch your life begin to be filled with positivity.
If you don't believe in the power of mantras, give it a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.
