Affirmations are motivational words we say to ourselves to stay optimistic in times of negativity and stress. But if you've ever tried them, sometimes your mind takes over and thinks, "no, I'm not taking that in today, you're not rich and successful" and bump, you're back to square one. Afformations, on the other hand were created by Noah St John and they make sense. For example, if your daily affirmation was I am healthy, rich and successful, the afformations would be why or how am I so healthy, rich and successful. Think about it, sometimes we've all had our bad days when we are thinking "why am I having such a bad day." In fact what you are doing is asking your subconscious why are you having such a bad day, and in reality the universe will bring more negativity into your world to make your day worse. This can easily be changed by focussing what you intentionally think of and instead ask yourself positive questions ie. Why am I so successful. How did I become so healthy. Why am I so grateful for everything I have. Try it, use positive works and phrases and see how you can create your world just by asking yourself positive questions. It has given me more faith in myself and I can stare fear in the face because I know I am looked after by the Universe. Once you've continued to say then over and over, they stay within your subconscious mind, so thinking about them will just become a reality, they will come natural to you.
