There is so much information flying around the internet about the Acai berry that it’s hard to know what the truth is. Is Acai really the amazing fruit that people make it out to be, or is it just a bunch of hype made up by marketers trying to sell you their products?
The following is a short interview I did with my friend Chris who just started taking Acai on my recommendation. This interview is an insight into someone just like you, who wasn’t completely sold on Acai before he started taking it. This is an honest perspective about the truth of Acai berry.
ME: What was your first thought when I suggested that you start drinking Acai berry juice
Chris: I know you are big into healthy foods, which I am not, so I was a little skeptical. When you told me about everything it could do for me I thought “No way a fruit can do that, sounds too good to be true”
ME: Even though you had some doubts you still decided to give it a try, what were your first impressions?
Chris: The taste is the first thing that stood out. I was expecting some gross health food taste, but the juice tasted really good, sort of like a mix of chocolate and berries. The next thing I noticed after a few minutes was the boost of energy I got. I’m a huge coffee drinker and this boost was as strong, if not a little stronger, than coffee.
ME: Did you notice any other changes after drinking it for a few weeks
Chris: Yes, I did. I had been having some digestive problems before I started drinking Acai (I won’t go into details), but those went away after about a week. I also noticed that I was more focused during the day and was sleeping better at night. I’ve really been able to get so much more at work that my boss took notice and I might be up for a promotion earlier than I was supposed to.
ME: Wow, that’s great! Did you notice any side effects from drinking Acai that people need to be made aware of?
Chris: No, I haven’t noticed any side effects. Drinking Acai isn’t any different than drinking grapes juice…grape juice that does some amazing things for you.
ME: So, you were skeptical at first…are you sold now?
Chris: You could definitely say I’m sold; I might even be Acai juice’s biggest fan. I never knew that a simple fruit could change my life so much, but I’m thankful that you decided to share it with me.
