To be young forever is almost the common wish of people. Except proper diet and perfect care, good habit in life is also an important way to keep young. Good habits can solve lots of problems.

The first good habit is that you should eat more food in the morning. Eating food in the morning is the key for fat combustion in a quicker speed. In fact, breakfast plays an important role in the diet plan. When we are sleeping, the speed of metabolism is the slowest. When we wake up, the speed will gradually recover to its normal level. If you like to do morning exercises, you must eat a banana before you start the exercises. After the exercises, you must have breakfast. Breakfast can not be replaced by tea or coffee. If there is no time for you to have breakfast at home, you can take some food with you, such as a piece of bread, some fruits or a bottle of milk.

The second good habit for women to keep young is to drink yogurt. A woman who drinks three cups of yogurt can consume much more fat than women who do not drink yogurt. The calcium ions in the yogurt can be used as a kind of catalyst to burn the fat inside the body in a quicker speed. A better effect can be achieved when yogurt works with bean curd, vegetables and cereal food.

Low-quality sleep can make people fat. If the normal sleep time is deprived of, a large number of compressive hormones will be produced to slow down the speed of metabolism and enhance the appetite of the next day. If you have to get up at 7 a.m., you should go to bed at about 11 p.m. Before going to bed, you had better not watch TV. It is a good choice to do some readings or take a bath.

The last good habit is to eat more coarse food grain and less refined grain. According to a recent scientific research, the key of losing weight is not the intake of cellulose, but what kinds of cellulose can catalyze the consumption of fat in the process of digestion. Based on the experiment of insulin index examined by the scientists, the roles played by cellulose in losing weight are found out. The cellulose in unprocessed food can be absorbed directly by the human body, while the cellulose in processed food must be decomposed into sugar and then absorbed by the human body. With the increase of the sugar, the ability of absorbing fat of insulin can be raised and the adipose accumulation is caused.
