There are some people you see in your life, who are so successful. And they make success look so easy! They often say about these people that everything they touch turns into gold. Could it be that these people possess knowledge of a special secret?
Well, this is not a secret anymore after the hit-movie "The Secret" came out and made the Great Secret of Life available to everyone. And the Great Secret, in case you missed it, is that you become what you think about. In this way, if you think positive thoughts, you get good things in your life. If you thing negative thoughts, you get bad things in your life. Now, it is not this simple, but this is the basic way, in which this works.
This is rather easy, you might say. All I have to do is to think positively, and I will achieve success. If you think it is easy, then I would like to propose you take a small challenge. It is called the 30 Day Challenge, and it consists of a 30 Day mental diet. In these 30 days you will have to think only positive thoughts. In fact, if a negative thought crosses your mind, that would be fine, as long as you do not deliberate on it. However, if you happen to dwell on it, then you would have to start on your challenge afresh from day 1.
Perhaps you have tried this challenge already, and perhaps not. To share with you my experience, I did not realize how hard this challenge would be until the first time I did it. After I went through the first three days, I noticed that suddenly my life became harder and harder. Negative events started coming in, and with them came the negative thoughts. It was as if the Universe was trying to test my resolve. And of course, I gave in on day 5, so I had to start over. And then over, and over, and over, until finally I could make it through the whole 30 days. It was a great and empowering experience, and I definitely advice you to try this test for yourselves.
