Success is about striving on, learning from mistakes and challenging yourself. Life is about the journey and path you take, not the final destination. It is about making choices and then dealing with the decisions you have made. There will always be a choice in front of you.
If you have hit a bump in the road and your dreams and goals seem further away or harder to reach, you must challenge yourself to stay positive. Think about what makes you happy. Is it accomplishing something you've set out to do, trying something new, overcoming a fear, giving yourself a challenge or maybe just taking one simple step closer to making your dreams come true? Whatever bump you have hit on your path to success, remember that it is that bump that will get you there. No path is always easy when you are moving forward, the only simple path is when you stand still. But remember when you're standing still you're just watching.
It can be hard to stay positive when you don't see a light at the end of the tunnel, but keep moving forward and that one next step you take might just be the one that helps you see it again. Challenge your negative thoughts, put them aside and move forward. If all you can do is something small each and every day, just do it so you keep moving forward. It will make you feel great and will help give you the motivation you need when you hit the next stump in the road.
