Think. Think a lot. And don't hesitate when people say you think a lot. There is nothing wrong in thinking a lot. Thinking gives you ideas, directions, solutions and the list is fruitfully endless. Innovations involve thought, inventions involve thought. Thought is the food for growth. So if we analyze, every initiative is a fruit of the seed called thought.

Start thinking aloud. Or you already are?

Now I open the Pandora’s box.

Have you ever imagined what all things can we actually think about? What is the limit or rather if it at all has any? Let us start with some.

Let us start with some basics. We start thinking by what we normally think about. Then we start negating the things which usually contain our brains. It is things like performing in front of your college crowd or the girl who always makes it a point to get noticed, then coming down to the less exciting topics like family picnics or the first time that you met your partner. And when you are left with no usual topics, do you know what comes next?? Unusual of course! And this is when you start thinking out of the box. Now this “out of the box category” is usually not very interesting in the beginning. For example, these include thinking about how the problem of sharing one extension chord with your sister can be solved without buying a new one or how to keep your girlfriend and your boss happy at the same-time. However, this does not necessarily mean this category is only about problem-solving. It even includes analyzing why you had a particular perception about a person without even knowing him well?? Was it his behavior or his dressing style or something else? Or for that matter how ugly guys bag bombshells and why the best designers are homosexuals and this is where it gets interesting again. It doesn’t always have to be serious, but it guarantees intensity.

Thoughts change life, change world and change people. Like how they say “ An IDEA can change your life.” But how much of thought do we actually give to whatever we do, how we react or may be how we even dress? We always want to give tit for tat. Not because we want to but because we think that is how it is supposed to be. Now, we think a step ahead. Think why do we react the way we do? Will it have the desired effect? And even if it does, is that really what we want? And if yes, why do we even want such a thing? This is how you reach the roots of your thoughts and you begin to realize what you want, what you don’t, what you enjoy, what you don’t, what are your priorities, what are not and even who you are and who, you are not. Now if you really think that’s a waste of time, then you have already wasted some 2-10 minutes depending on how good a reader you are. For those of you who do not consider this a waste of time, it actually becomes a waste of time if you still don’t start thinking. I hope you at least begin to start thinking now about weather this article was worth a read or not or rather did I actually open the Pendora’s box or it was just a gimmick? Happy thinking!
