Time is gold; although it can't be bought, it can be saved. So, here are some time management techniques that you can use to do more things in the little time that you have each day.

Anti-Procrastination Technique - Some people just always procrastinate, both consciously and unconsciously. Some people say that they'll do that later because it can wait anyway, while some people just keep on delaying things without even saying a word. Most people just put their duties off for Facebook, and Twitter, and to pointlessly wander around the Internet. Before they know it, their eyes are tired without even accomplishing 10% of their duties.

There is nothing more effective in eliminating those unreasonable delays than to start things without even reasoning to yourself. Just start whatever you have to start and you are going to be subconsciously creative and energetic enough to finish your work in no time.

Isolation Technique - You find yourself waking up on a nice, cozy morning, and then you just suddenly realize that there's a bulk of work waiting for you. When that happens, you should hide yourself from the world - for a day. You do not necessarily have to ruin the good mood of your morning, just unplug the telephone cable and hide the batteries of your cell phone. Keep everything away except for those things that you need for work. If you are to use your web browser, block Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, and all those websites that you have bookmarked.

Negotiable Delaying Technique - There are times that after you have planned things ahead, sudden changes are being demanded from your schedule. Some are necessary; some are once-in-a-lifetime, while some people just keep on bothering you about what they want to happen. People are negotiable. Not everyone is asking you to do things with a gun pointed at your head, so try to negotiate with them. Ask them if you can do their request on another day because you are following a tight schedule.

Ask-A-Favor Technique - You have friends and they are not only there to drink your stockpile of beer and puke on your couch, or to tell you the latest gossips and evaluate your new suitor. Your friends are all there to help you, given that you help them in return. Call them if you think that their help saves you more time. Again, call them if you think that their help SAVES YOU MORE TIME. So, if you are planning to call your friends to give you a hand, be sure that you won't spend much time in teaching them how to do what you are asking them to do. After that, give them something in return like a bottle of beer or a slice of pizza.

These are just some of the time management techniques that you can practice to make the most out of so little time. Remember this: No matter how much you apply these time management techniques, they are still not going to work if you don't have enough physical and mental energy to finish everything down to the very last, so be sure to load yourself with enough sleep and a healthful meal to help you throughout the day.
