A lot of men believe that height is a very important attribute. They believe that most women find only the tall men attractive. And this is very true. It is proven that the shorter men have more troubles attracting women. So if you are short and are looking for a way to increase your height then you need to keep reading. The very first thing that you must do is fix that diet of yours. You are not going to get any taller if all you eat is junk food. So you must start fixing things. Another thing that you must do is get rest. It is important that you get about seven to eight hours of sleep every night. So remember that you need to start going to bed a bit earlier or sleeping in a bit more.
