Tip number one. Take a shower.  One of the best ways to deal with labor pains is taking a shower; the feeling of water on your body is like an instant massage. And speaking of massage, it will be very beneficial for you and your partner to have him give you a massage. It greatly enhances closeness and intimacy plus the fact that massage can give your partner an opportunity to participate in the labor process.

Tip number four. Inform your doctor about your plan to give birth naturally. Ask your doctor if it's possible to not to offer you any medicines unless they are medically necessary.
