This article does NOT address anti-aging solutions to erase wrinkles or age spots. These solution are temporary fixes that might make a boomer feel younger for a brief few seconds.

If you really want to feel younger, attack aging on multiple battlegrounds as follows:

*  How you think

*  How you move and

*  How you feed your body and brain.

How You Think

The aging process begins with your thoughts. A few twinges here and there, a trip to the doctor for high blood pressure medication, and a little trouble remembering set off a whole set of thoughts about getting old.

Think about aging long enough and you WILL feel old. You probably know older people who spend much of their time on the phone and internet complaining about all their ailments. The reward for that negativity is more physical issues.

Your job in this area is to break the "I feel old" negativity cycle.

How You Move

Older people complaining about their ailments are usually couch potatoes. Their most rigorous activitity involves a daily walk to the mailbox.

Gradually, mind power, endurance, flexibility, strength, and balance disappear. Obviously, these components of movement and brain power require regular practice through either daily activity or periodic physical and mental (brainercise) workouts.

How You Feed Your Body And Brain

The aging body and brain have special nutritional requirements. When these requirements are not satisfied through daily meals and supplementation, aging accelerates. Clearly, it is important to know which foods (and supplements) provide the most anti-aging benefits.
