What is the main reason why women avoid daily exercises? There is really only one but it comes under many names: laziness, lack of time, stress, pressure from work, tiredness, you name it. In our fast paced world we just don't have the time to do much for our bodies. And this is why also women who suffer from small breasts, instead of doing a few exercises every day to tone up their breast muscles, prefer to suffer and sulk by themselves while watching their level of self-confidence get washed away.Toning Exercises For Breasts

Just think about how much you could win by having those full breasts that every man is admiring (often times secretly, but just the same). Many women opt for the easy and the very expensive way out: surgery. While this is an effective method, it comes with its drawbacks: not only it is extremely expensive but it has its known health risks. So why is that women go to these lengths to have full ones when all it takes is just a few basic exercises per day to achieve the same result cheaper and health risk free?

  • Push-ups are something that we've done since childhood but most of us forgot. Depending on your body's fitness level, you can modify these accordingly. This is how it works: lie on the floor while facing the ground. Bend your arms at the elbows near your chest and have your palms flat facing the floor as well. While you have your back and legs held straight, go up slowly from the floor. Start with 10 times a session and increase as your feel you can do more. Your body will tell you when you're ready. If you feel it's too difficult, bend your knees to do the push-ups.
  • Back strengthening is necessary because many women have a posture that simply gives an illusion of smaller breasts. By improving your back posture, it will basically keep you from being slouched. This is really easy to do and quite healthy as well. Again lie on the floor facing down with your legs straight. Have your arms over your head. Now lift one arm while at the same time you lift the opposite leg as much as it goes without feeling pain. Avoid bending the elbows and knees and keep your head down through the exercise. Hold the posture for about 10 seconds. Now do it for the other site as well. Repeate this exercise a few times per session.
  • Bench press weight is something else you can do to tone up your muscles. It is important though that somebody is there with you to help in case you can't push the weights back into the bars to avoid any accidents.
