One of the best ways in which you can actually make the guys understand how much you appreciate them for being part of your wedding is by giving them groomsmen gifts. It can be something symbolic or fun. Since it's already 2010, it's also just fitting that you finally get them gifts that would be appropriate at these times. Here are some suggestions which you might like to consider:

1. Flask - Guys would always find a use for flask. They can either bring it to them in the office, have it within their items for outdoors, or simply use it at home. The beauty of flasks is that they are very functional items to gift and they are often unisex. So it really is not that hard to find one that will suite them. You can also have it personalized for a more personal appeal.

2. Pub Signs - Even in 2010, pub signs as gifts would still be such a hit. One reason for this is that people these days are starting to really appreciate gifts that are funny and could really make them laugh once they receive it. You can use an inside joke to make your point. This is really a great gift especially if you have known your groomsmen for a long time already.

3. Swiss Knife - This can be one great gift especially for your groomsmen who enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. A Swiss knife will also be a useful find for guys who might not be outdoorsy but would need some essential tools to keep handy. There are inexpensive Swiss knives out there so you don't have to worry about buying expensive ones. You might also get to save much better if you buy such items in bulk.

4. Necktie - This can be a great classic yet luxurious gift for the guys who are very corporate. You can take note of their favorite colors and make sure you pick those as your groomsmen specific necktie, for their gift.

5. Sports Cap - This is always going to be a firm staple for the guys. If you really want to give something that the guys would appreciate yet you are quite unsure what to give, a sports cap is always a safe solution to use. Guys always find a use for this item.

6. Handkerchief - Although this gift may be too simple, you can always give a handkerchief as a great way to give a gift. You can choose designer handkerchiefs to really add that special touch.

7. CD - If the guys are into music, it would be really cool to give them a CD of their favorite musician.

In the end, giving a gift for your groomsmen must be something that takes into consideration what they would actually like. Of course you should consider the budget but then again, you should put their actual preference on top of everything else. Besides this would be your token of appreciation for them.
