Having a child completes a woman - and a home. Thus, at the first sign of pregnancy, women - and their husbands - feel overjoyed. They become very excited. Sardines
This may seem unbelievable to some, but, really, sardines can be healthy and safe for the pregnant women because they are rich in Omega 3. Omega 3 helps in the development of the brain and eyes of the baby. Pick the one that is dipped in olive or sardines oil.

Dark green leafy vegetables
Vegetables that are dark, green, and leafy are necessary for pregnant or lactating women. These vegetables, like cabbage and spinach, provide vitamins and minerals. They are also rich in phytochemicals that serve to protect people from any form of cancer.

Beans
Pregnant women can get fiber, calcium, niacin, protein, and thiamine from beans. Instead of cooking small amount, try to prepare a bigger amount to avoid numerous cooking. Keep them frozen.

Nuts and Seeds
