Traveling Itinerary

The good option before traveling would be to make an plans.  In so doing, you will be ready for pretty for much any occurrence that arises.  Listed below are few items that should be provided within your itinerary while traveling by car.

1) Hotel information and route
2) List of emergency hospitals along your travel route
3) List of physicians which will accept your insurance
4) Schedule plenty of rest stops, to ensure you can stretch your legs.
5) Emergency phone numbers

If you're traveling by plane, ensure you obtain a seat along with plenty of leg room.  This can enable anyone to move your legs around, and also not put an awkward kink on your own upper thighs.

Pack Drinks and Snacks

While driving it is easy to forget to eat or drink, so pack yourself several healthy snacks, plenty of juice, and provide a lot of drinking water.  This may permit you to maintain your self hydrated and nourished.  You are able to wrap up things such as celery sticks, carrots, and fresh nuts then nibble on them while you drive.  Furthermore, be careful not to pack snacks which are so sweet or salty. These have a nasty side effect of making you thirsty.  Along with, while drinking lots of water is really a must, but over-consumption might be a problem also.  Best to avoid these high sodium snacks when possible!

If you're traveling by plane it is good to pack your own snacks, which includes apples, bananas, celery, carrots, and also sliced cucumbers.  Since you know, they do not offer really healthy snacks on planes then even though you luck out and also they certainly, they're often not really organic in nature.  During pregnancy, it's important to eat raw, natural vegetables and fruit in order to keep from digesting pesticide.

Stretch Your Legs Out

To develop excellent blood circulation, its best that you'll stretch your legs out for a few minutes every hour.  If traveling by car, just stop at the rest stop and try taking some walk. Observe the sites, go ahead and take the dog out, whatsoever, just move out of the car  and walk.  Not only does this promote good circulation, this also can permit you to rest your eyes from the road.  Eyestrain and headaches are typical during pregnancy , and doing everything you can not to CAUSE those symptoms is sometimes a good option.

If you're traveling by plane, get up frequently and walk around; even when it's simply to the restroom and back.  Going for walks also helps relieve stress off your back from sitting down.  Moving around and shifting your weight day to day, in your seat, or just standing up at your seat, helps too.  Most passengers and flight crew will not mind this one, as they not only would like you to be secure, but healthy too.

Be sure you pack a jacket or sweater just in case you will get cold; bear in mind to bring cooler clothes just in case you get to hot too. It is not possible to always handle the temperature of your environment you'll be traveling, therefore planning ahead is key!

Probably the most essential thing is to visit your doctor before you travel. This is especially true if you're considered a high-risk pregnancy. Most medium and high-risk women will have limits for how far, and how long they are able to travel.  Be safe, check with doctor BEFORE you purchase your plane tickets, or agree to a road trip!
