No doubts high blood pressure is a life threatening disease and there are various methods to cure this disease. Medication is one of the methods adopted by people and it works significantly but it has one downside. Lots of side effects are associated with medication. There can be another way to treat high blood pressure, which also known as hypertension with no side effects and that is high blood pressure supplement . Therefore you should add whole grains, dark green leafy vegetables, most nuts, low-fat dairy products and calcium supplements in your diet. Garlic has become a popular supplement, which works just like fresh garlic. Multi-vitamins should also be taken to benefit your health and to lower down your blood pressure.

If your life is stressful then try to stay away from it. Anyhow, if this not possible for you, then there are many effective ways to deal with it. For instance, you can enroll yourself in a stress relief class or take a yoga or Tai Chi class, listen to relaxation music; all this would help you to relax. If you are currently taking the drugs prescribed by your doctor then do not stop taking all of them at once or without consulting your doctor.
