Before you start your search on the best products for hair loss you must know how you lose hair in the first place. According to science a normal human being loses about a hundred strands of hair a day. So as you grow old, you will notice yourself getting bald slowly. The usual cycle of hair fall is the hair strands falling out after their growth, replaced by new hair which grows from the roots.

The ingredients in the product should consist of vitamins like vitamin E, vitamin B12, Zing and biotin. However, I'm not the one who will recommend you to take artificial oils or hair surgeries. Instead I'm giving some simple and natural products for hair loss, which if you use, can effectively reduce your hair fall.

1) Use medicated shampoos and conditioners which can remove infections like dandruff which is the main reason for hair loss as it weakens the root of your hair. These shampoos can strengthen you hair root. If the roots are strong, your hair loss is reduced.

2) Think natural and try some herbal remedies. There are oils made from various plants and fruits, which can strengthen your hair. You can just search the internet for that. There are many oils made from rare Indian herbs which can help you get your hair back.

3) You can choose hot oil massages or hair spa treatments, but make sure that the treatments are appropriate for your hair type. So, before you try any of these treatments, consult your doctor, who can advise you on which treatment or medication to go with. Results will vary from person to person as all of us have different kinds of hair.

Don't just lay all your hopes on these hair products. More than that, there are certain other things which can bring about drastic changes in your hair. Try to lead a stress free life and regularly exercise. Quit smoking if you smoke. Lack of vitamins usually causes hair loss and you can include food items like milk, egg, fish oils, almonds, and meat.

Try to do these simple changes in your life, as it will help you retain not only healthy hair, but also give you a healthy body.
