Are you in the verge of giving up meditation altogether and have decided that meditation is not for you?

If you are like me, you may have tried to follow your breath and stop the mind chatter ,but failed miserably because it cannot be done practically. If so, keep on reading as this article will show you the "Value of Mindful Meditation" and a simple way of getting in to track with very little effort whatsoever from you.

We all know the "Value of Meditation" as it has been scientifically proven by now. It is like a multi-vitamin to the mind and helps to relieve stress and anxiety. Reduces blood pressure levels, Improves blood circulation, Re-vitalizes life force energy and make you more happy and joyful. This is only a few of the benefits that mindful meditation provides.

But why do most of us fail miserably trying meditation? It is because our minds are not used to be quiet and always wanders to far off places, while we are busy trying to quiet our minds through meditation here and now. Stopping the mind chatter is easy said than done. I have tried meditation for several years 30 minutes to 01 hours a day ,though not every day, but I could not quiet my mind and stop mental chatter completely. As soon as I sit to meditate my mind starts thinking of what happened during the day or may be yesterday. When I remember that I sat here to meditate a long time may have passed without even my knowledge. No doubt that this pattern may be so familiar with most of you folks.

We cannot blame our minds as this is the nature of our mind. To our minds "being quiet" or "stopping the chatter" resembles death. Mind is so scared of silence. The great sages are the one's who have tamed their minds and made it silent. This is the ultimate goal of most spiritual sages. It is called different names in different religions. Nirvana, Moksha are some names for this state of mind, which is quiet and lives in the here and now.

Even though I knew very well the "Value of Meditation", I could not practise it to the full effect, until one day, I came across this new Patent Pending Cutting Edge Technology.
