Vitamins are known to be of great help in treating various sleeping disorders. If you increase the intake of vitamins, it can be useful in boosting sleep. There are people who have made themselves dependant on sleeping pills and such people fail to understand that they are making themselves addicted and later on, when they feel like withdrawing from pills, they won’t be able to do so because their body system has become like that. Stress is one of the main causes for loss of sleep and it is quite obvious if something is disturbing you, then how you can get sound sleep. Vitamin B12 relaxes the mind and body completely.

Iron and magnesium have also been heard to cure insomnia. Iron is quite useful in treating restless legs syndrome. Deficiency of magnesium in the body causes nervousness eventually giving rise to various sleeping disorders. If you take these vitamin supplements regularly in the recommended proportion, it can be highly beneficial in keeping away varied forms of sleeping disorders.
