If you are a teenager and are wondering how to get taller, then it should not be that hard for you. Puberty is the stage wherein growth is at its peak. The growth hormone that is secreted by the anterior pituitary gland is responsible for bodily growth and height increase. It is during puberty that the pituitary gland spurts growth hormone the most. · Make sure that you eat foods high in protein and calcium. Milk is a rich source of calcium that is why you must drink milk at least three times a day.
