Losing weight can be extremely difficult. Especially when you're a woman and don't know the best ways for women to lose weight. In this article, I'm going to share with you what I like to call "weight loss best" secrets for women.

First "weight loss best" secret for women is eating healthy. When I say eating healthy, I don't mean starving yourself. I mean eating fruits, wheat breads, wheat pastas, yogurts, baked foods, etc. You should eliminate fried foods, sugary drinks, and white breads and pastas from you're diet.

Not all carbs are bad. Good carbs are complex carbs. These carbs consist of wheats and oats. They're the better choice for weight loss. Best time to eat them is during the day. Try not to eat as many carbs at night.

Second "weight loss best" secrets for women is to get active. Get out and exercise. This should be done at least a few times a week. This will help keep you're muscles toned. So, when you began losing weight, you're arms won't sag. What's the point in losing weight if everything is going to sag, right?

If you're weight training during the week, make sure you incorporate cardio into your plan. This combo will help even further with your weight loss. Women who add this to there plan seem to lose more weight. So, it's important that you're exercising.

So, what if you're doing all these things now, and you still can't seem to lose any weight, and you're waist won't shrink. Well, it could be because you're insides are clogged. Meaning, you could have parasites, undigested foods, and other nasty "gunk" that's in your system.

I know that sounds nasty. But it happens whenever you eat raw foods or foods that aren't properly cooked. Also, eating fast foods all the time will cause this to happen as well.
