Women are often obsessed with a question: is there a diet for cellulite? Unfortunately not. There is no specific diet for cellulite there are foods that fight or eliminate, there is a lifestyle that is protective of this state. A lifestyle that is in fairly restricted diet, which covers the needs and exceed them, and an active lifestyle that improves circulation, helps to consume calories. And 'this surely the best way to avoid the problems of cellulite. Then it goes without saying that cellulite is under hormonal control, and then on that diet we can do little.

Another recurring question is whether there are any forbidden foods. The answer is that there are, as there are favorable foods. And 'course as part of a balanced diet, foods like chocolate too hot, cold meats, fatty foods, can easily lead to other calorie overload, but they are not in themselves to act on cellulite, but the caloric overload is likely to produce that involves an accumulation of fat that occurs in women of childbearing age in areas where often complain about cellulite.

Another hot item is the salt and the fact that he should abuse because it believes and holds water. This is true! You must not eat too salty. It 'so good to try to season foods with herbs and spices for flavor and of course drink lots of water because, unlike what we think, the more they drink less liquid and are considered.
