Snoring is the problem that concern about 40% of world's population. Hovewer, there aren't many people who know how dangerous snoring can be. If you want to learn a little bit more about this problem, keep reading.

Heavy snorersare six times more likely to suffer a heart attack while asleep. The risk of heart disease could be increased by blood presure, and nerve and hormonal changes caused by snoring, and that people who suffer from obstructive sleep apnoea are most at risk.

Heart attacks are not the only problem. Snoring is also linked with increased risk of stroke."150,000 people in the UK will have a stroke every year and it is the UK's third biggest killer"says Andrea Lane of The Stroke Association.

Of course it's not the only problem linked with snoring.Because of it, you're not rested and fresh in the morning. You can't focus on your everyday task. You also are more nervous and you shout to your wife/children. You aren't able to be 100% productive in the work/school, your relationships are dying. It's not good!

That's why it's so importaint to prevent snoring!

Ok, but how to prevent snoring? In our times it's really not the problem. There are many books on this topic. There are also many machines: nasal strips, sprays etc. All you have to do is sacrifice some time and search something on this topic (for example in the Internet).

Reasuming - Snoring can be a very dangerous health problem. All in all, you can easily stop it! You just have to want it.
