People have already attempted various ways to resist aging. Actually, anti-aging is a long process which must do in every minute of our life. Before you go to bed, you can do lots of things to resist aging effectively.

The most common thing you do before sleep is to brush your teeth, wash your face and clean your body. Brushing the teeth before sleep is more important than that in the morning, which can not only remove the dirt in the oral cavity and protect the teeth, but also help people fall asleep comfortably. Cleaning the face and body before sleep can keep the skin clean so as to resist aging.

The second thing you can do easily to resist aging is to comb your hair. It has already proved that there are many acupuncture points on the head. Combing these acupuncture points can play an important role in calming liver wind, relieving pain and improving eyesight. Using your fingers to comb the head can improve the blood flow, raising the brain's thinking and memory ability, promoting nutrients at the hair root, protecting the hair, preventing hair loss and eliminating the brain fag.

The third thing which is also easy to do is to talk a walk outside for 10 to 20 minutes. Thus, the blood circulation will be taken to the skin surface, which will repair the skin during the night. After you lay down, you'd better not read or consider any questions so as to reduce the brain activities and fall asleep quickly.

According to foreign medical experts, milk contains tryptophane which is very beneficial to people's sleep. You can drink a cup of milk containing honey one hour before the sleep. Honey is beneficial the keep the balance of blood and sugar so as to help you avoid wake up too early.

Before you go to bed, you'd better open the window to keep the air inside the house fresh. If it is too cold or windy, you can open the window for a while and close it before you sleep. But, never cover your head with the blanket when you are sleeping.

The last thing is to wash your feet. More than 60 acupuncture points in the feet have contact with the viscera inside your body. Washing the feet in warm water can do quite well in improving the blood circulation and causing the muscles and joints to relax.
