I'm daily asked, what must I do after break up when I'm still crazy about my ex? My reaction has always been this, what do you want to do? I can see that this is not the answer you've hoped for but it's weird that a guy you used to love so much, the one you handed your love, turns out hurting you the most. As they say, 'love is painful' but you don't need to suffer. It's a piece of cake to say love is pain when you aren't in pain but when you are in a relationship with a boyfriend who isn't to you it's like been in hell. Can you remember all that tenderness... may be those Orchids flowers... all that 'I love you'... those chocolates and fantacies, went down the drain, that's too bad isn't it?

Now you may ask what is most acceptable for you?

Calling your ex guy is not advisable. Demanding a compassion to go back is even worse. What important thing to do? To begin with you have to understand that love is nothing but a state of mind, it's the way you look the other person. When you alter that feeling, there is no passion. Are you getting it? Let me set it right to you clearly.

Simply remember this, before you ran into him, you had no feelings or anything about him. Even when I were to elaborate him it wouldn't affect the way you feel now. Do you recognize why? Because when you are charmed with someone, you build emotional response, which is developed, in your neurology. The more you spend time together in a touchy-feely way, the more you hardwire that connection in your brain which causes you to build more attraction (love).

Hence, as you breakup with a man there is a deep acquired ecstasy that makes you feel embarassed. If you can't start all over then you gotta work on your innerself. This indicates why you can't speculate correctly or why you become uncomfortable about your looks because of dread caused by breakupbreak up. This disturb the way you perform actions and your over all behaviors. The single way to solve this is to change how you treat these emotions. You have to change the way you feel about your ex boyfriend.

I'll illustrate...

Take any book you can find nearby, carry it while seeing the front part then move it around and then look at it from the back, then from the sides . You will discover that, its appearance changes depending on which side you are seeing it. The book didn't change but the way you look at it, changed. Now, I'm not comparing your man with the book. The point I want to make here is this, when you alter the how you feel about your ex boyfriend, breakup will not affects you. How can you do that? Luckly there is a technology to aid you forget your ex boyfriend now. This technology will make you get over him completely, you will be better than you can think.
