Water is very important. Everybody on this earth needs water. We need it to clean ourselves, we need to clean other things, we need it to give us energy and we also need it as human beings to keep us going. Many people do not realize that water is very important when they are trying to get rid of their acne. Thats why in this article I will explain why water is one of the most important things when you are trying to get rid of your acne.
When you drink water it rejuvenates you. When you drink fizzy drinks it does the complete opposite.

Simply cutting out all fizzy drinks and only drinking water is a very good in reducing and hopefully getting rid of your acne completely. I know many people how were drinking fizzy drinks daily and there acne got worse daily. Thats when I suggested to them that it was all that fizzy drinks they were drinking what was worsening their acne. I set them a challenge to try and not drink any type of fizzy drinks for a month and to only drink water. A month later their acne had completely gone or had reduced immensely.

How to drink water
One cup of water is not enough when you are trying to get healthy skin. The best way to get rid of your acne is to drink at least 8 cups of water. I know many people think that they can not drink that much but I tell them to think of the results they can get if they did drink 8 cups of water. If they drank 8 cups of water a day I guarantee they will see changes instantly, not just their acne but there overall health improving a lot.
