It's no secret that one person in all our lives has told us to drink water to cure our acne. In nearly every single culture, water is the cure for clearing dirty skin. Some people suffer with terrible acne scaring and other suffer from acne what leave big huge puffy spots on their face.

All of this hurts our confidence and self-esteem. For a teenager this two times than adult because a teenager is so self conscious at that stage in their lives. So, is acne an effective acne treatment? Yes it is.

How can water help fix my acne
Water helps the body cool itself down when the body is going through some changes. There are two reasons why people get acne. It can just be someone who are not taking good enough care of their skin and acne has attacked them because them because their skin is dirty. But what about the people who wash and keep their bodies clean?

That type of acne is hormonal. The hormones start to become imbalanced and sebum starts to increase rapidly inside your body. The pores start to open and it lets in dead skin mixed with other unhealthy substances start to create acne. What water does is clean out all the dead skin, dust and unwanted sebums leaving your face much healthier.

How much water do you need to drink
You need around 8 cups of water a day to keep your skin healthy. With these 8 cups your body will feel much more energy on the outside and healthier on the inside.
