There isn’t such a thing as winning your ex back without contact. The no contact rule just isn’t possible to accomplish, if you’re planning on getting her back, because these two elements contradict one another. For example if you’re planning to get her back but not contacting her then you’re simply spinning your wheels and getting nowhere.

Contact is always necessary if your planning on winning your ex back. However you can limit contact for a short period of time but make sure you’re not leaving too big of gap between contacts. It common for you to feel hurt or disappointed and you feel that no contact is getting her back for the way you feel. The truth is you need time apart but not to the point that you’ve completely cut off contacting her all together. This can back fire and you end up losing your chance to get your ex back.

Limited contact is the key. Start by giving yourself at least a week or two of no contact. This gives both of you a chance to rethink things out with out harassment. Then gradually introduce contact back into the equations. Don’t flood her with call after your break but slowing increase the number of call you make over a short period of time. At least a month is sufficient. If you’re planning on winning her back using the no contact rule then you’re setting yourself up for failure. You need some contact with your ex if you’re working out a plan to win her back.
