I really have ask myself how to get my ex back I also know all the emotions that you are feeling. The hurt, lonely and desperate feelings that drive you nuts day and night. These feelings can be the major force in your daily life until you either learn to live with them and that can takes a long time or you get your ex back and that’s what your most likely looking to do by reading this.

I know how hard these emotions are to over come when you can’t seem to get your ex out of your mind for even a second it seems. But you really have to try and at least get your mind thinking in the right direction and not on all the negative feelings. You have to work out a plan and get it working in your favor and not against you.

You probably feel like your ex has the upper hand in how the relationship ends or progresses, that they can dictate if you communicate or not. And when you finally do get your chance to talk to your ex “BAM” everything you have thought about saying and doing goes out the window and you end up blowing your top in frustration saying and doing all the wrong things. There-by giving them the feeling of even more power over you and making it much harder the next time you try to talk things out.

Learning how to get my ex back I made many of the mistakes the same way every one does. They don’t teach these things about relationships in schools and we are left to try and figure things out with the advice of others that have been through it and know something about how to resolve a crisis in our lives. That’s why I’m trying to help because I have been there in that crisis and had to learn how to get my ex back and know how lost and powerless you feel.

You can get your ex back if you will control your emotions; even if it is very hard you can if you really put your energy into it. Giving yourself and your ex some time away from one another sometimes can work wonders. It will allow you communicate without all the shouting, arguing and hurt feelings. You never really know your ex could need just a little time to miss you and think about the relationship. You can take that time to decide about your next move about what to say and how to say it without causing conflict.

When trying to find out how to get my ex back it a lot of work to keep my emotions in control so I could think and not let my actions come from hurt feelings but from a well thought out plan. You also can do this and gain control over how to get back in good with your ex. Do not listen to others that give advice like “its best to just to forget about it and move on.” Because it is you and your ex only that can make that decision. So on that one thing you can follow your heart.
