In the 21st century there have been great advances in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors, but even with this ongoing research it is calculated that one out of three people will still eventually die from some form of cancer . Many people do not know it, but there is a vegetable agent that has anti-tumor properties that have been scientifically proven by respected physicians around the world to be extremely effective for cancer prevention. This agent can be used to help prevent and treat cancer, but like many other discoveries, big pharmaceuticals prefer to keep the information un available to the public

Something the ancient Egyptians knew all along is the properties of B17

There is an anti-tumor agent called vitamin B17 (commonly known as Amygdalin or Laetrile in medical and pharmaceutical circles) and this is found in the seeds of rosaceous fruits, such as apricot pips and other bitter nuts like almonds. A lot of evidence was uncovered from ancient Egypt which mentions the therapeutic powers of derivatives of bitter almonds and certain fruits. Ancient scrolls describe a substance called ‘aqua amigdalorum’ that was already used for the treatment of some tumors of the skin and other cancer as far back as 5000 years ago.  More comprehensive research into the properties of B17 only really began in the 19th century and a chemist named Bohn discovered in the early 1800s that
during the distillation of the water from bitter almonds, hydrocyanic acid was released.

Cyanide radical Amygdalin Fights against cancer

In later studies by other scientists and researchers Robiquet and Boutron, isolated a white crystalline substance, which they calledAMYGDALIN(from amygdala – the bitter almond). This Amygdaline is cyanide radical, and what made this vitamin discovery controversial, is the fact that cyanide is actually poisonous. However over the years it has been proven that amygdaline is completely safe and non-toxic. Although it is cyanide it is not cyanide as you know it but rather cyanide radical.

This cyanide radical is contained in vitamin B12, and in common berries such as blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. It has already been known that berries are powerful agents for good health and also for cancer Prevention!
You have never heard of anyone getting cyanide poisoning from B12 or any of the above-mentioned berries, because this will not happen! The cyanide radical (CW) and hydrogen cyanide (HCN) are two completely different compounds, just as pure sodium – that is one of the most toxic substances known to mankind – and sodium chloride (which is table salt) are two completely different compounds.
After research it has been found that the cyanide radical does do some very nasty things to cancerous cells. Normal cells in our body contain an enzyme called Rhodanese which ‘neutralizes’ the amygdalin. It simply does not allow the amygdalin to release cyanide.

So for healthy cells, amygdalin is just another healthy energy supplier.  But malignant, cancerous cells do NOT contain this enzyme.  Without Rhodanese, the amygdalin is activated, liberating the cyanide radical inside the malignant cell and causing the destruction of the cancerous cell but doing no harm to your normal body cells. Many years ago some scientists claimed that vitamin B17 killed existing cancer and even prevented people getting cancer at all if they used it regularly. Although pharmaceutical companies were quick to jump on ways of researching this phenomenal vitamin, it did not progress far simple because there would be no profit in it for them. The simple reason is that B17 is a natural vitamin and a powerful cancer prevention agent.

Preventing cancer with Vitamin B17

For maximum benefits a person would need at least a minimum of 100mg of vitamin B17 (that is the equivalent of about seven apricots seeds) too help towards a cancer free life. Other common foods that contain vitamin B17 are:
Most Kernels of Seeds And Fruit with examples like bitter almonds, Apple, apricot, cherry, nectarine, peach, pear, plum and prune that have highest concentrations.
Other sources are nuts like cashew, macadamia and bitter almonds, berries such as the blackberry, cranberry, elderberry, raspberry, strawberry with lesser amounts in oats, barley, and brown rice, rye and wheat grass.

How to give your body Sufficient amounts of Vitamin B17

1. Eating the entire B17 fruit whole (seeds included), but not eating more of the seeds by themselves than you would be eating if you ate them in the whole fruit is a way of getting Vitamin B17.

2. Eating apricot stones. One peach or apricot kernel per 4.5 kg of body weight is believed to be more than sufficient as a normal safeguard against cancer , although precise numbers may vary from person to person in according to individual metabolism and dietary habits.  Please note though;  that too many kernels or seeds, for example, can be expected to produce unpleasant side-effects.
High concentrations of B17 are obtained by eating natural foods in their raw or sprouting stage.  It is also reassuring to know that it does not mean that moderate cooking and other tampering will destroy the B17 content.  Your local health store may also stock apricot kernels or supplemental vitamin B17, which means that lifelong cancer protection, is as easy as taking a trip to your local shopping centre!
