The morning after the wild night out is usually a miserable and painstaking.
Hangover is more than just a headache. Some common symptoms experienced by the sufferers include dizziness, nauseous, thirst, body ache, fatigue and etc.
Although you do not die from hangover, but that doesn't mean that you should leave it unattended or wait for the symptoms to disappear by itself.
There are many folk cures that are supposed to help cure a hangover. Many of them will help you cope by replenishing the vitamins and liquid you lost over night, while some like avoiding caffeine. There is no one size fits all cure, so you should find what works best for you.
Here are some quick tips on how to recover from a hangover:
1) Drink lots of water. This is very important to replenish your body again. You can also fuel in fruit juice in you want.
2) Avoid caffeine. Caffeine will only continues to dehydrate you more.
3) Take Vitamin C. If you hate the tablet, you can have orange juice or other fruits that is rich in vitamin C.
4) Pump in sugar. Alcohol lowers your blood sugar levels. So take in some sugar to replenish to loss sugar.
5) Sleep Rest is what your body needs the most at this time, so make sure you have plenty of them so that you can be fully recovered and energized.
The most important thing is to really take care yourself and avoid doing things that could cause massive disaster like handling a machine or driving.
