So your boyfriend wants time apart ? Whenever a woman hears this she likely thinks one of two things. She may decide to find the silver lining and convince herself that he needs his space because he's scared by how deeply he loves her. Other women see it for what it is. They know that when a man says he needs time apart, it's his way of breaking up. If it's your boyfriend saying these things, and you are still crazy about him, there are things you need to do right now to ensure you don't lose him for good.

When your boyfriend wants time apart what's your initial reaction? If you love him you are bound to plead with him and beg him not to go. To a distressed woman this seems like a perfectly logical approach to take. After all, we'd be touched if our boyfriends acted this way if we decided to break up with them. The truth is that men don't find this kind of emotional outburst appealing in the least. In fact, it makes them very uncomfortable. They'll do everything in their power to get as far away from you as fast as they can. This is not an approach you want to take.

The very best thing any woman can do if her boyfriend wants time apart is to agree with him. Men never see this coming. It's one of the reasons some men take months, or even years to end a relationship. They don't want to deal with the dramatic aftermath of the split. If you do the exact opposite of what he expects you are taking all the control away from him and handing it to yourself. With that one act you've completely changed the dynamic of the break up. He'll be the one feeling rejected and whenever a man feels rejected it makes him want that woman back. Try it. You'll be amazed by how he reacts.
