Acne, a widespread skin problem is an annoying and bitter fact for the teenagers. It is assumed that there is a link between the diet we take and the outbreaks of acne on your skin. Many people think that our poor diet plan directly influences on our skin and as a result we get acne on our face and other sensitive body parts. In spite of believing on these myths of the people it is better to ask a dermatologist that whether there is a relation between our diet and acne or not. I think a skin specialist can give you fair knowledge about this and if there is any food item that can cause you acne he will surely tell you to avoid the intake of such food in your diet.

Let us share with you a statement of the spokesman of American Medical Association that was published in a newspaper. According to the statement "Diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patients...even large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne". Therefore, this statement clearly rejects the linkage between any type of diet and triggering acne on skin of human beings.

So we can simply conclude that when there is acne on our skin we should not avoid taking different nutrition, as they have nothing to do with our acne. The idea is to find its proper treatment and for this purpose we should consult a medical expert because only he can identify the main cause of acne and advise the ways to get rid of your skin problem.
