So it is no secret that vegetables are good for us, they need to be consumed daily and are a large part of any daily diet plan. But not as many people know that there are vegetables out there that will actually cause the metabolism to sky rocket and keep you burning fat long after you are done eating. The vegetable family that I am talking about has a unique type of nutrient. These nutrients will cause the body to actually attack harmful compounds that build up and cause the body to store fat. It is impossible to get away from these harmful compounds they are found in everything from the air we breathe right down to the kinds of foods we eat. These compounds cause our body to sore fat, the fat builds up around our waist and gives up the look of fat or obese people. So if we can't get away from these then we have got to fight them. The best way to actually fight these harmful compounds is to eat a group of vegetables out there that are called cruciferous vegetables. This group contains vegetables such as broccoli cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and kale. So what makes these vegetables so much different than other ones, well it is a enzyme that is called I3C. Now I3C basically gets into the blood stream and fights against these harmful compounds that are found in our everyday life. By doing this they effectively burn the fat from your belly, sometimes even before it becomes belly fat at all. Wow, fighting belly fat before it even becomes belly fat. That is an ingenious idea isn't it? So remember when your mother said eat your brussel sprouts she wasn't lying she was well ahead of her time. Everyone knows that vegetable are good for us, they provide many of the nutrients and minerals and vitamins that the body need to say healthy and fight off disease. They are low in fat and most people know that they don't actually cause fat to build in the body. But now you know that they go one step beyond that. These vegetables from the cruciferous family actually beat up on the fat in the body. They actually help boost your metabolism to record levels.
So don't think twice before saying can someone pass the broccoli? You won't only be doing something good for your health, you will also be doing something good for your belly!
