How to enjoy life and be happy? Every one of us may have asked this question at least at one point of our lives. Here, now, are a few tips.

In order to live a happy life, it is essential to be grateful. Be grateful for what you have. Learn to enjoy the simple things. Appreciate even the smallest things you have. Learn to see the beauty in the simplest things, and to be contented. No matter how many pleasant things you do, or how many good things come your way, if you don't learn to be grateful, then you will always see things in a negative way. Also, do not dwell on the bad stuff. Dealing with the bad things is not the same as avoiding them. Not dealing with the bad things keeps them pent up, amplifies the emotion, and then eventually causes greater problems down the line. Deal with them, but not dwell on them. Focus on what's good. Take comfort in what's happy.

Indeed, bad things do happen in life, even to good people. So what? Let the tears fall. Grieve, learn, and then move on. The only person who is with us our entire life is our self. Live while you are alive. Fight back. Never ever give up. Don't spend your life regretting on your mistakes or taking guilt trips. Instead, focus on making those mistakes right, learning from them, and living your life the best way you can.

They say that laughter is the best medicine. Well, they are, in fact, correct. Laugh often, long, and loud. Laugh until you gasp for air. Spend time with your friends, and have fun. Surround yourself with the people and with the things that you love.

Life has a lot of simple things that you can enjoy. Slow down to even notice them. This is how to enjoy life and be happy.
