“Something is wrong. How can procrastination be effective?”

“That’s impossible. I can’t believe it. You’re just kidding.”

“No, I’m not. I really believe that procrastination can be positive at times. And I mean it,” I argued with a friend who just read “How to Overcome Procrastination in 21 Days or Less.” He believes that procrastination has to be conquered sooner rather than later.

In fact,...

Thanks to Vaishali who inspired me to write this article. She is very different kind of girl and enjoys in forcefully remembering all her cultural programs so that she will not a loose a chance to do a fast for the day. Actually people enjoy their fast by preparing varieties of foods and something different taste from regular bread or chapatti. But she is all different kind only eating wafers or two bananas.  Her immune system was also not so powerful to pull all days load on these...

Have you ever stopped and consider how much time you have during the day? How about during the week? How much of this time do you spend on activities and people that waste your valuable time? What are your time waster during the day? Sometimes we go through life surrounding ourselves with activities and people that take away our time. Once time is gone. It is gone forever. Only by realizing what and who takes away are time will we move forward to the next level.

Time wasters...

Professionally, we often hear people say that they are busy. Some people repeat it so much that they sound like broken records. But are they reallythatbusy? Or do they suffer from faulty time management skills? In the vast majority of cases, it's the latter reason.

There are 24 hours in a day. People who claim to be "super busy" will tell you that they wish the day consisted of 25 hours or more. The inference is that if they had an additional hour, they...

There are scores of possible interests, hundreds of habits, and an all but infinite variety of momentary conditions. Nothing short of minute self-analysis will reveal to you the source of your own short-comings as a reader.

Look first at the interests that may be at work in moving you to select the particular chapter and book for reading now.

Your primary interests in reading that chapter of that book at this moment may be nothing more than self-protection. Maybe...

Did you know that as people, majority of us do not spend anytime planning our day? It is said that we will spend more time planning a vacation than we do to plan for our lives.

Are you one of these types of people? If so, then to better leverage your time, you need to learn proper time management techniques. It is the most important thing you can learn do to get more accomplished with the time you have.

So what is keeping you from learning these techniques? What are the...

Most people think of time management as a system for organizing the day or week in order to maximize efficiency. I'd like to propose a different view of time management that is complimentary to the traditional view but has far greater implications for your quality of life.

Rather than viewing time on the small scale of a day or a week or a month or even a year let's think of how effective your time has been over a lifetime.

There are 8,766 hours in an average year....

The second most prominent question I encounter as I meet with people around the world has to do with balance. “How do I balance all of the demands of my life; work, home, family and self?”

One Thing To Think About
You are unique, and your life is like no other. What equates to life balance for your neighbor or co-worker probably won’t work for you. You must define balance for yourself.

Balance isn’t necessarily about not being busy,...

The most often question I get asked is, "How can I read over 1500 words per minute and still understand, or comprehend the material?" Stated in another form, "Does speed reading really work?" Without writing an entire course, this article will try to answer these questions.

When people question about reading fast and not comprehending, there is a basic misunderstanding of terms. Reading is the mind's response to print. If your mind is not responding when...

1. Write a To Do list. I often have lots of things going around in my head. If I can’t sleep at night my mind goes over what I have to do. I find that if you write it all down on a piece of paper or on the PC then you can be happy that it won’t get forgotten. You’ve captured everything that you need to do, so your mind can stop spinning.

2. You now need to prioritise that To Do list. It’s no good having a huge list then panicking because...
