You live in abundance!

Yes, you do. You simply need to see the abundance and prosperity that surround you.

If you can't, you have a 'poverty' mentality. With a poverty mentality, you are always thinking about the things you don't have.

Too often people lose their mind with this way.

They don't see that what they already have is considerably more than what they don't have.

That is the interesting thing about abundance; you don't appreciate the abundance and...

My name is William Stephenson; I grew up in Manasquan and have spent most of my life in New Jersey. I’d like to speak with you about achieving your best, about making the most of your assets and realizing your biggest dreams.

I was raised with the adage that my accomplishments were only limited to the heights I could imagine. This was a commonly used and inspirational line that many parents shared with their children. At the time, those words didn’t mean so much...

What does being successful mean to you? It really depends who you are, where you come from, what your life experiences have been so far, what you want to achieve, and where you want to go in life. For me, success means taking my responsibilities seriously, and working hard at each one until I reach my set goals. It means being happy with what I have achieved and where I am going. It means knowing myself inside and out, being a good friend and lover, staying fit and healthy, having fun,...

It’s easy to get sidetracked by certain things we focus on in life. There are times when too much of our focus gets hijacked by one aspect of our lives at the expense of others. For one person it’s a work project, for a different person it’s TV, for another it’s a high drama relationship or perhaps a video game. Where did that time go? Between work, relationships, health, and home, life can seem like an endless plate spinning...

The whole point of setting a goal is to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. If you set goals and work toward them diligently, you can have all the things you want. People who set and achieve their goals are people who've decided what they want, committed themselves to going after it, and haven't let anything stand in their way, short of violating the rights of others.

A proper goal gives you all the incentive you need to grow in your awareness...

Learning to control your breathing is the first thing to work on. Make a conscious effort to avoid expanding the upper part of your chest when you inhale to speak or sing. Make your lower lungs expand. Pull in your abdomen to support the diaphragm. Then control the outflow of air by gradually letting your lungs breathe out with good diaphragmatic support maintained by abdominal muscles. At the same time try to keep your throat muscles relaxed. This can be practiced by counting as far as...
