What if I told you that you could instantly stop snoring? You'd probably tell me I was crazy because you've tried everything and you still end up snoring each night. That will make them irritable and cranky, which doesn't make your life any better. There are ways of solving snoring that don't involve drugs, surgery, exercise and changes...

In 2007 the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) rethought their policy and now they approve the use of home tests for those who are eligible. Along with the AASM, insurance plans such as Medicare and Medicaid are also approving payment for the...

Often in the middle of the night I have woken up and staggered in to use the bathroom and then maybe lurched on to the kitchen to get a sip of water. After all that nocturnal activity, I often found myself wide awake and would toss and turn when I went back to bed, unable to get back to sleep.

Its been proven that approximately 45 percent Americans snore often. And its shocking to know that almost 80 percent of them sleep in different rooms, and even worse is to know that couples have actually divorced, thanks to snoring.

Snoring creates some sort of stress in a relationship, and also a complex of a different sort. This does not just affect your partner, but also you, just think, in spite of all the beauty, if one snores during their sleep, it will be awful, not...

Sleep disorders usually have their roots in a medical problem or a prescription drug taken to treat a disease. The common diseases leading to sleep disorders are cardiovascular, neurological, mental, kidney, and gastroesopheal disorders as well as arthritis.

1. Cardiovascular Disorders

The most common cardiovascular disorders that cause sleep disorders are coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure. Both these disorders can cause obstructive sleep...
