Is your stomach gurgling, grumbling and whistling? Are any similar loud sounds coming from your stomach?

The causes of stomach gurgling are easiest to find out using the process of elimination. I modified my diet and reduced the intake of the food that is high in fibre and carbohydrate, as they worsen the symptoms. As I was eating less sugar and starch I experienced less stomach gurgling.
